I had put off &/or avoided this knife for the longest time, the aesthetics of the "Stiletto" style appealed or not over time to me personally, but is still an ageless (?) design (long, sleek and pointy sharp like a tooth or ice pick).
I have as long as I can remember liked and respected the Cold Steel name in the knife making industry, to see the owner of the company speak shows read more pride and passion for everything he endeavors. And so I recently saw a video for this product and the literal torture testing for it, which alone should be enough...
Seeing complaints like tight mechanisms and pocket clips go south if you've ever lost a knife (much less a good / expensive knife), or had something fall off or come apart. If you only ever bought a Cold Steel knife, you could pretty much bet it would last a lifetime.

Wonderful knife

This is a fantastic knife, light weight, razor sharp right out of the box. The thumbstud works great for lightening fast deployment. I think some of the reviewers just need to practice a little more, it takes time to get good with thumb studs. You can also use the blade guard as a flipper, that does take practice and a little wrist flip action, but it works great once you get used read more to doing it. The liner lock is the most solid and sturdy I have ever seen on any knife. The only complaint I have is the same as with all other coldsteel knives, and that's the ridiculously tight pocket clip, however it is easy to remove and bend slightly, after which it works fine. This is a great knife for the price

All around great knife.

I have no complaints on this Cold Steel Ti-Lite. It has a quick release from the pocket and is slick and slim a great EDC. The blade itself had great integrity, it holds its shape well.

It's fun but..

Super cool knife. Love that snap! But a little too big for EDC and ppl get nervous around it. The thumb studs are worthless, and the "wave" isn't the smoothest as well. Definitely a great tactical knife but not my choice for EDC.

Sharp!

This knife is a little wider than it looks in pictures. It would still feel nice in the pocket except the pocket snag is a little sharp and you definitely feel it when digging for items in your pocket. The thumb stud isn't the easiest to use to open up the knife; it needs a lot of force, but once overcome the blade flies open. Unfortunately, the liners can rust so you will need read more to take the knife apart and clean them before they pit.

The knife is a little plain looking so I stone washed the false top grind and mirrors polished the bottom grind. Because it's a stiletto blade it has excellent piercing capabilities, and is very sharp. I think I would have preferred the aluminum handles better.

I have owned many knives. This is my favorite! It's incredibly sharp!! So watch your fingers. It's got great scales, they provide excellent grip for wet, dry, or gloved hands. The action is smooth, and it has two distinct opening methods. The thumb stud, hardest to use (but still incredible). And the pocket snag (Emerson style), which works great.
