Best Lightweight Spyderco

A lot of people will say the delica is the best lightweight spyderco, if you've got bigger hands but still want something compact this one fills that role perfectly.

Perfect for my EDC

I really like the size and weight of this knife. Unfortunately, I struggle with company policy on what I can carry and also wear slacks. This knife is just slightly heavy (barely) then my benchmade bugout. Now I have two great knives to chose from.

So light and discrete.

S110V stays sharp forever. I love this knife it's one of the best slicers. Lock back is pretty stiff but I dont mind.

I love the knive and the steel

The fit and finish was perfect. The ergonomics were great, good traction plan, and jimping, contouring of the grip to lock in the hand was excellent. I love the forward choil for finer work. The knife fits great in the pocket. The action was smooth and no blade play. The down side was the FRN material, it felt cheap. Try the knife out in person, see it you can deal with the handle.

Great knife

Long time Spyderco owner (CO5 was my first) who temporarily added this to my collection last year. S110v is an amazing steel, combined with this knife's weight creates an almost perfect lockback. The build quality on this piece is first rate. Why did I get rid of it? It become a gift to one of my valued employees who I hope in turn hands it down to his children.

Love it but the blade...

I carry this often and love the weight. Blade is good but chips more than expected. I use it as every day carry and not hard use.

Tremendous knife!!!

The more I use this knife the more I like it. it has replaced the Chaparral as my main EDC. To have such a lightweight knife cut so well is a joy.
The knife came sharp, but not hair whittling, using the Spyderco Ultra fine on the factory edge followed by wood stropping consecutively with 1.0, .5, .25 micron diamond spray changed this, without too much effort.
Also the dark read more blue FRN handle complements the S110V stunningly well.

Great Knife!!!

Fantastic EDC. Although CPM S110V is a bear to sharpen. You really can't go wrong with the Native

Great little knife! S110V holds a great edge and isn't as hard to sharpen as some of the other exotic super steels on the market. Fwd finger choil allows you to take an aggressive grip for superior control. Not flashy, but works really well.

I normally carry a large folder 8-9" OAL but I decided to try this little guy out and it has not left my pocket! Very light weight, fills your hand just fine, strong lock and the steel is fantastic. The finish on the blade is great and so is the factory edge. Very happy with the native 5.
