The M16 Stainless Steel (SS) EDC Series is patterned after the Kit Carson designed M16 Tactical Knives but feature a stainless steel platform made simple, tough and afFordable. The M16-10KSF Special Forces knife has a black EDP finished Tanto blade with a partially serrated edge and the Carson FLippers for quick and convenient blade deployment. The fLipper doubles as an effective blade guard in the open position. The handle is shaped and contoured in the same confident grip M16 style, but features a black oxide coated stainless steel frame lock. Reversible pocket clip.

More than worth the money
Design by Kit Carson who passed in 2014, but CRKT still uses his name and video. File under L for Loyalty. Nice design, so-so quality control. Opening needs extra push using flipper. Frame lock looks sturdy but a bit rough unlocking, may smooth with use. Extra detent slows closing, good safety feature. Like double guard, watch it doesn't open in pocket. Great tactical EDC.... The thing disappears in the pocket. Has a nice flipping action for an in assisted knife once you break it in....I carried this religiously for just over a year and handed it off to a buddy who was going on a hiking trip and had no knives at all he was happy but I immediately went out and bought a new one so I would go without...
