The CRKT M16-14ZLEK Big Dog Law Enforcement knife is a Kit Carson design that is built for professional use. The black Zytel InterFrame handle has 420J2 stainless steel liners and CRKT's AutoLAWKS knife safety, which automatically actuates when the blade is open making it a virtual fixed blade. First responders will appreciate the integrated tungsten carbide window breaker and seat belt cutter. The pocket clip is 4-way reversible for every possible carry type, but not designed for tip-up in-pocket carry. The Carson M16-14ZLEK features a black finished Tanto blade with a partially serrated cutting edge. Great rescue EDC knife

Adam L.

This is a great knife for anyone who wants to be prepared in emergency situations. The glass breaker and seatbelt cutter make it an exceptional rescue tool, and the serrated tanto blade came razor sharp. The lockup is solid, and the ergonomics feel great in the hand. This is a knife that can go to work and keep coming back for more.

It is a great knife! Fits perfect in the hand and doesn't feel heavy for the size. It take a beating. 10/10 would recommend.

Best EDC I’ve ever owned.

I carry this knife because I can’t carry a fixed blade survival knife on my person without looking like a weirdo. This is the next best thing. Tungsten glass breaker will shatter or put a hole in anything in comes near, and you can also etch just about anything with it. The strap cutter is useful for just about any small cutting task — twine, tape, straps, etc. And as far as read more the blade goes, I have punctured a stainless steel trash can lid with it and it takes a very keen edge. Love the flip-open and the AutoLawks too. Zero worries about the liner lock closing. The only bad thing about this knife is that I haven’t been able to justify buying another folder since 2014 when I got it. Now, I’m just going to buy one of the two smaller versions of this knife. Maybe even both. I like this knife so much I actually bought another one for just in case I lose or this one.

Amazing Knife. Maybe a bit heavy

Great Action. Ergonomics fit your hand perfectly given your hand isn't too small. This knife is built for slightly bigger hands (my hands fit 3.25 inch knives better). The Seat belt cutter and glass breaker work without fail. Nothing has broken or fallen off, not a concern at all with this knife. Operating the Auto-Lawks mechanism takes a bit of practice (toying with it for a few read more minutes everyday). Pretty easy to remove the Auto-Lawks by disassembling the knife. Only problem I find is the fact that the holes in the handle are not milled out at all (I believe this adds an extra 0.3 oz of unnecessary weight). And I would like a G-10 version.
