Sweet Knife

I liked this so much that I gave it to my brother in law. Then purchased another. It locked tight. It smooth in your pocket so you don't scratch your hand going in and out. Fit and finish is outstanding. Sharp, easy to open, looks great, and shows great thought in design. I do like it.

Perfect EDC

This knife has characteristics of a knife that costs twice as much. Blade centering is spot-on, razor sharp, skeletonized liner, and fast action. Everyone should have one of these.

Only “con” I’ve noticed is there is a touch of grinding when closing the knife, but it’s minimal and doesn’t affect the speed of opening.

Great knife and amazing price!

Lets see...

Razor sharp, perfect centering, rock solid lock up, D2 steel, G10 scales, Smooth as glass ball bearing pivot, deep carry pocket clip, flow through design, skeletonized liners, grind is perfectly even, flopper is awesome, and all this for less than $50. YES PLEASE !

Pleasantly Surprised.

I only got this to bump up my order total to get all the free stuff at the anniversary sale, figuring it would be a nice cheap beater to use around the house.

I wanted to hate it and expected to hate it due to past experience with budget Chinese folders.

But, I don't hate it. I rather like it. I even put it in my EDC rotation.

Fit and finish is nearly perfect, read more the action is nearly perfect, the blade centering is nearly perfect.

What stood out the most is the detent ball fits snugly and perfectly into its hole. I've only seen such detent perfection before on my Chris Reeve knives and some of the higher end Spydies and ZT's. I never expected it on a 50 dollar budget knife.

Overall this is a solid EDC folder. After a month of use I can see it will hold up very well over years of use.

One of the best

After a few weeks of watching knife reviews on Blade HQ, Nick Shabazz, Metal Complex, and a few others I had pretty high expectations for that fidget factor. I am not disappointed.

All around the knife performs, It's beautiful. The action is like butter. And the super thin grind behind the blade makes silky cuts. And once again the shipping was lightning fast. Thank you read more so much!

Very happy with it

It's been a great intro to EDC for me. Good size, action, deep carry pocket clip. With no modifications or oil added, the only time it doesn't deploy fully is if I don't open it correctly.
Definitely worth the cost!

Excellent Choice

I love this knife for my edc. I actually wanted a smaller knife and didn't realize the size of this knife when I ordered it. So when I opened the box, I was not happy with the size. It's larger than what I typically carry. However, I was wrong. I thought that I would give it a try and see what I thought. This knife is super light weight, fits in my pocket perfectly and is a great read more edc knife. The blade is sharp. It opens easily. High quality. I would think that this knife would cost three times what I paid. I do wish that I could flip the clip to the other side of the handle. I prefer to clip it to my pocket on the other side of the knife. But it's not a big thing. Buy this knife. You will be happy.

Budget Winner

This knife is a budget stud of a tool! The steel is plenty sharp, and the knife comes with a carrying case and polishing cloth.

What other knife at this price point comes with that?!?!

The knife itself is very well built and has a heavy feel to it compared to your benchmade bugout.

If youre looking at buying a very nice quality knife without hurting the bank read more account, this it!

Solid budget option

Everyone I've shown this knife to has been seriously impressed by the level of quality for the price. Zero blade flex/wobble, smooth flip, and the perfect size and weight. Shipping was pretty quick too; I'd for sure buy the knife and buy from Blade HQ again.

This is my second Elementum purchased through Blade HQ. I have given this as a gift to friends and family who have expressed an interest in carrying well built knife with a quality that insures safe operation. With both knives, the action is smooth and decisive. The centering is spot-on and the overall quality is superior to what I expect from a $50 knife. I view this model as the read more perfect introduction to the knife-world or a great reliable EDC!

I love this knife. I have 2 Elementums. One black, one brown. I carry one of them everyday. Perfect size, easy flip open and the blade keeps an edge forever. I've had really good experience with Civivi knives in general, great products for a budget price. I'm not going to spend in excess of $100 on something I have a good chance of losing or breaking. Quick service as always by read more BladeHQ. Had it to me inside a week. If you buy an Elementum, you won't regret it.

What a classy knife! It was perfect right out of the box. My thumb can tell you that it was razor sharp out of the box! The action was smooth and it felt great in the hand. I wish there were more available to buy, they always seem to be sold out. Get one if you can!

A very well done knife at a great price point which included a small case with it. I wished it would have been a little bigger but the flip action is smooth. I would buy another one of these in the future.

Very nice knife for the price. It's not the fastest flipper but very smooth. Got it for my friends bday, but I liked it so much I'm going to get one for myself.

The CIVIVI Elementum is an amazing bang for your buck. It fits great in my hands because of the simple yet elegant design. The G-10 handles are not too course and does not tear your pockets. The D2 drop point blade is an all around great shape for an EDC. All in all I love this knife and it is very hard to find a better knife at this price point.

This knife is a good mix of form and function in a nicely done D2 blade. The fit and finish are to be commended. The action is really quite good. The only con is that it doesn't lock-up as well as I would like (30-35%). Great little folder!

This is the best value I have ever gotten out of a knife purchase. It was a little stiff when I first received it but after a drop of gun oil it operates perfect! Hands down a better knife then my Bugout.

Awesome EDC

First off, the CIVIVI Elementum is a fairly unobtrusive knife. It is neither too big or too small, hitting the sweet spot of just right size to handle most everyday task. The knife maintains very clean minimalistic lines without being boring. The knife has a very usable blade shape that doesn't scream stabby tactical. The handle provides great purchase when in use while being nice read more and thin. The flipper action is very smooth and feels like a much higher end knife than it is. Overall, this knife defies it's price point in my opinion. It is durable enough for everyday task, yet classy enough to be considered in the gentleman's knife category. Truly an outstanding blade.

Love this knife!

In a zippered pouch with a cleaning cloth! The knife feels light in my pocket & it’s thin!
Add this to your collection you will be glad you did!

Amazing carry blade .. even at twice the cost

This is a simply fantastic carry knife. The fit and finish is top notch, the blade shape and grind are wonderful, and it came with as sharp a factory edge as I have ever encountered. The nicely chamfer on all the rough edges is nicely done and makes the knife ride nicely in the pocket.

My new favorite

This was my first order from BladeHq and I've got no complaints. Shipping was quick too. As for the knife, it's an awesome value. Build quality on this is really great. It's put together like a knife 3 times the price. Perfect action and a solid lock-up. I'd buy another Civivi in a heartbeat and I'm sure I will eventually. If you like this size knife and like the look of it then read more just get it, you'll probably love it.

Almost Perfect EDC!

If this knife were a little bit lighter, I would consider it the perfect EDC. Maybe Civivi will upgrade the steel and take out or thin the liners. GREAT KNIFE as is, especially for $50.You will not be disappointed. Smooth action, great fit and finish. I like the smaller length blade better than my backlash, and I love that knife too.
