I gave it time
I purchased this sheath around 6 months ago and I didn't write a review sooner because its not every day I want or need an Ultratech hanging from my neck, and I wanted to be sure I had a large enough sample-size from which to draw conclusions.
I have that now, and I have two main problems with this sheath. The first is subjective, and not a fault of the sheath itself, but…

I find the Ultratech to be too heavy to comfortably carry on my neck for longer than about 30 min. And even that is too much sometimes. The weight also makes running potentially problematic. If a UT in a necker sheath comes untucked from beneath the clothing holdling it down, it can be dangerous to ones own face.
Secondly, although they are only a few millimetres, the sheath has left marks on the bodies of a tan and an OD green UT I've carried in it. Thank goodness I wasnt so foolish as to stick my rarer and/or lightly colored UTs in it, like a white Stormtrooper dagger). Again the marks are just a couple of "snail trails" where the sheath grips the tightest, at the end of the knives near the slit for the blade, but I can't recommend a sheath that permanently marks a knife, even a little.
Perhaps you don't care about a cpl snail trails; perhaps your neck is stronger, in which case you might like this sheath. It's definitely secure, but I will only use it to carry the two UTs already marked by it, even then only for the rare occasions when it's the only convenient carry option.
