I've had mine for around a year,and it's a regular in my edc rotation.It just kind of 'grew on me'-it's so darned convenient to deploy and retract,but honestly,I have a couple of otfs by Mntforged I gave around a hundred apeice for,that have just as good tolerances,lockups,and actions.The two things they don't have though,is m390,and the contoured edges on the handle the ultratech… read more has,and that actually,is kind of a big deal-the ultratech feels so much better in hand,and although one of my mtnforged has s35,m390 just can't be beat when done right,and Microtech does it right
A New Level..
When I opened it out of the box I literally starred at it for a few minutes. Its build quality is second to none. Sharpest blade I have ever owned out of the box. Its just on another level to be honest..
Very Pleased
Great knife. Glad I jumped on it since now I see its out of stock. Has become an excellent edc knife for me. Conceals deep with a very strong pocket clip. Action fires quick and smooth both ways. Very sharp edge as expected. Great quality worth every dollar.
Awesome!
I've had my eye on this for a long time. When I got the alert that it was back in stock I finally pulled the trigger and I'm happy I did. It comes razor sharp and It's fun to use. It's my new go-to EDC blade.
Solid knife
This is my first OTF and I have since purchased a couple of budget double-action OTFs. While some of the budget sub-$100 double-action OTFs have a good action and feel, the build quality and materials of the Ultratech definitely put it in a different tier. I love the "speckly" stonewash finish too.
Great OTF
The Microtech Ultratech is a classic OTF that has been in and out of my EDC for well over a year. And everyday that I've carried it, I always have a smile. It is an extreme fidget tool and a great knife. And I own the M390 version of this blade, and either way you go, you get a great steel.
