About Microtech Ultratech T/E OTF Automatic Knife CC (3.4" Stonewash Serr) 123-11
This Ultratech features a tanto blade with a stonewashed finish and a partially serrated cutting edge. It has a contoured, black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle with a bead blast finished pocket clip, glass breaker, and stainless steel hardware. Microtech equipped this version of the ever popular Ultratech D/A OTF knife with a smooth, contoured handle design that promotes increased comfort during use. This updated MODel provides the same dimensions, hardware, and durability offered by the "Tri-Grip" variation, but goes easier on the hands and pockets. For those unfamiliar with the Ultratech, it's a fully automatic knife with a double-action out-the-front mechanism, meaning the thumb slide deploys the blade and retracts it as well. The Ultratech knife from Microtech has set the bar for All OTF Knives.

For the Modern Samurai
You will feel like a modern-day Samurai carrying this half-serrated tanto. This knife looks great and It snaps out hard EVERY time. The half-serrated blade gives this knife a lot of versatility. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality OTF.

After months of research and debating what I wanted to get Im glad I went with this. Have always been a fan of the tanto style blade and I wanted something nice for my first OTF. I have the version in M390 and so far after about 3 months of decent use I have no complaints about it. From food prep to cutting zip ties it has performed with out failure. From what I hear Microtech has… read more a very nice warranty as well. Worth the money if you are on the fence about it. I will definitely be purchasing another, perhaps a utx-85 even though I feel like the ultratech isnt that big when you actually get your hands on one. Only regret is now that I love this one I need another one.
